An unconventional Golden Ale with an intense bouquet marked by burly hoppy notes (citrus fruits, dried hay, ginger) and a subtle hint of sage. In the mouth the carbonation transforms into genuine tartness, which gives this beer its long finish. Best served with: Ideal with a piece of old Gruyère, with Agnolotti and sage butter or with a fine poularde de Bresse
