La Torpille is a Brown Ale with an aromatic fruity bouquet that includes notes of caramel, reminiscent of aromas of vintage wines from the Côtes-Rôties. On the palate, the taste is mild with hints of alcohol. The finish is semi bitter and aromatic in the nose. Best served with: Try La Torpille with duck or jerked meat.
