La Cuivrée is an Amber Ale with 5.2% vol. It is a beer with nicely scented foam wrapped in a whiff of caramel that stems from Swiss and Czech hops. On the palate, the beer is bright, bitter, and well balanced. Best served with: La Cuivrée makes a perfect match with meat- and sausage specialties paired with sauerkraut. It’s also a treat to have one for apéro just by yourself.
