It reminds of blooming nature in summer and smells of fresh spices and aromatic flower meadows. Full-bodied and sparkling with refreshing citrus and hoppy notes. The ideal companion for salads, mediterranean vegetables, bavarian “Weißwürste” (white sausages), whole grain bread with fresh goat cheese, pumpkin cream soup or “Heublumenkäse” (herbal mountain cheese).
