Belgian IPA – 6.2% ABV

This Belgian-style IPA is our second collaboration with Epic, after our wildly popular Fermentation Without Representation. Epic brewed a batch of Brainless Belgian Golden Ale and let us corrupt it with our hops: Chinook and Columbus in the boil with more Columbus for aroma. Whole leaf Centennial in the hopback. Citra hop in the dry hop. The result is a spicy/tropical IPA.
