Cherish Framboise
Van Steenberge
Lambic – 5% ABV
Cherish Framboise is a spontaneously fermented wheat beer which is aged in oak for two or three years. Lambics are the oldest style of beer still produced and one of the most unusual. Additional fermentation is provided by the addition of fruit (in this case Raspberries) to the Lambic blend. Lambics are served cold, sometimes as a substitute for champagne.
