Long Trail

Kolsch Ale – 5.3% ABV

A great thirst quencher that takes the use of malts and hops off the beaten path. Brewed in traditional Kölschbier style, this beer has a clean, refreshing flavor profile, with strong citrusy and mild peppery notes deriving from the use of lemon rind and ground peppercorns in the brewing process. Background of Product Development: Originally released in July 2013 as a limited, draught-only offering under our Brown Bag series, this brew was so popular that we decided to bottle it for our new Spring Seasonal. Malts: Wheat and Carapils Hops: Nugget and Hallertau
