Imperial Stout – 10% ABV

Inspired by the complex flavors found in Mexican chocolate, this Stout combines bitter chocolate, Ceylon cinnamon, vanilla bean, lactose, with the warm and earthy character of dried Ancho and Guajillo chili peppers. The result is beer that has layers of chocolate, vanilla, chili and cinnamon spice, with a rich and creamy finish.
