We decided there are plenty of pumpkin beers out there, so we put our own spin on a Fall beer. St. Tuber is a Belgian Abbey Ale brewed with North Carolina sweet potatoes and cloves. With a hint of fruit provided by the Belgian yeast, combined with the caramel sweetness from the potatoes, you’ll forget all about those pumpkin beers!
