IPA – 6.2% ABV – 60 IBU

There is a heavy does of Rye in this pilsner based IPA. Fermented with Trios yeast, which was previously thought to be species brettanomyces. This yeast compliments the hops with notes of mango and pineapple. A crisp, dry, and dangerously drinkable beer.
