Greg’s the glue. A Philly transplant, he has done time at reputable breweries from Maine to California and a few places in-between. Greg brings years of craft beer experience to Smartmouth. He prides himself on creating both unique and traditional brews that beer nerds and noobs alike can enjoy.
When he’s not brewing Smartmouth beers or conjuring up the next great recipe, he spends time reading, cooking, rooting for the Phillies, listening to and playing music – especially bluegrass.
