Terrapin Beer Dinner @ The Urban Tavern!

This month, on Tuesday 7/7 at 6pm, The Urban Tavern is getting together with Terrapin Beer Company out of Athens, Georgia.

We'll be serving their Golden Ale as a nice light welcome beer following by these 4 delicious pairings:

Maggie's Peach Farmhouse Ale with Burrata and nectarines on griddled sourdough with fresh herbs, shaved red onion, black pepper and aceto balsamico.

Rye Pale Ale with Beccafico which is baked sardines stuffed with golden raisins and pistachio, shaved radish and baby arugula.

Hi-5 west coast style IPA with fried squash blossoms stuffed with seafood mousse and fresno chile aioli.

Liquid Lunch PB&J Porter paired with a milk chocolate mousse with raspberry pate de fruit.
