Spiced – 5.6% ABV – 34 IBU
This beer is brought to you by a bit of nostalgia. The Brewster grew up snacking on Jingle Cookies by Saleno as a child. Packed into each bite was a delightful measure of anise and nutmeg to accompany the sugar sprinkles. This ale is built upon a solid malt backbone featuring munich and caramel malts. Anise and nutmeg were added as a much more subtle partner compared to the baked creation.
