Kolsch Ale – 5.7% ABV – 25 IBU
This crisp, refreshing German light ale was brewed in honor of Johann Sebastian Bach's Birthday, (March 21st), and in collaboration with Heifetz International Music Institute and Shenandoah Hops, both of Staunton, VA. This easy-drinking beer has a subtle, soft fruity nose coming from the special Kolsch yeast used, balanced by a floral, spice-like aroma and flavor coming from Sterling hops.
