Abbey – 7% ABV – 23 IBU

Our Spirit Track Abbey Ale is a Belgian Style Ale brewed with anise, orange peel and coriander. After primary fermentation the beer was then aged for 14-months in spent Meritage barrels from Barren Ridge Vineyards. The beer has strong notes of black licorice, oranges and red wine. The malty sweetness is balanced by a crisp hop bitterness.
