Chaos Mountain
Hefeweizen – 4.6% ABV
A lower ABV version of the style. This wheat ale finished dry with a noticeable acidity at first. As is warms the acidity gives way to a sweetness from the esters from the yeast. Clove and banana flavors, typical of the style, are soft toward the finish.
