Oat Farmhouse Pale Ale — The impetus for this beer was a simple question: “What if we brewed a beer primarily out of malted oats?” The results might fool you. Made with a truly ludicrous amount of Indiana Malted Oats and a touch of barley, and aggressively hopped with Hull Melon and Citra hops.
