Three Notch'd
ESB – 5% ABV – 40 IBU
High IBU from heavy additions of UK Goldings hops that perfectly balance out with the malt characters of Maris Otter, Biscuit, and Crystallized malts. Carbonation is a tad bit lower for the sake of English tradition.
