One of the finest examples of the traditional 100% spontaneous fermentation Lambic style. Brewed from 40% unmalted wheat, 60% of barleymalt, aged hops & wild yeasts collected from their coolship. Then, aged in oak casks for up to three years. Notes of stone fruit, lemon, & apple, all w/ a pleasantly refreshing sour funk note that is delightful on the palate.
