To think this began as a humble brew of tea leaves and water. But once we unleashed our custom SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast), a fermentation frenzy erupted. And as it devoured ginger, lemon and hibiscus, we glimpsed just what a Strainge Beast we’d created.
