Half of this batch is fresh, while the other half is blended barrel aged stock of different recipes and ages from our barrel cellar including 30 month Apple Brandy Sleeping Forever, 30 month Buffalo Trace rye barrel aged Imperial Stout stock, and 48 month Buffalo Trace bourbon aged Imperial Stout stock. The stock recipes are each different.
