Double dry-hopped 100% Galaxy IPA

triple dry-hopped version of our IPA hopped singularly with the incredible Australian Galaxy hop. Intensely tropical with flavors of apricot, citrus gummy, and cotton candy grape.

Featuring Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, BRU-1 & Simcoe hops.

is our Chocolate Milk Stout conditioned with apple purée, brown sugar, milk sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Tastes like apple pie with a buttery crust and a gob of chocolate cool whip on top.

This is a kettle soured IPA with Amarillo and Nelson hops. The intent of this beer was for the acidity to be just over subtle.

Mixed Fermentation aged in Red Wine Barrels

Tastees are kettle sour ales clocking in at 5.5%. We added a ton of lactose to these and brewed them intentionally to be fuller bodied to try and replicate a fruit smoothie. We then select two different fruits and bomb them out in secondary fermentation at just shy of double fruited goses levels of fruit. The first iteration will be a blend of sweet cherry and red raspberry.

Hoppy Pilsner

Made w/ floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt & traditional German hops & lagered for six weeks. More of a traditional Czech Pils than Veil's more hoppy, 'Child Support' Pils.

Double dry hopped Crucial Taunt

Imperial Stout brewed with pineapple purée, candied pineapple chunks, coconut cream, flaked coconut, Tahitian vanilla beans, and Virginia clover honey. We blended in two Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels of 17 month old Pallbearer for an extra layer of subtle depth and complexity. Brewed in collaboration with Hudson Valley Brewery Hot fudge sundae, sticky milk chocolate fondue, pineapple upside down cake, toasted marshmallows, melted Mounds bars, and spoons full of drippy honey.

This is the first double IPA that isn't Crucial Taunt that we've produced. Hopped intensely with Citra, Moasic, Galaxy, and Nelson. Aroma/flavor profile is insane on this one. We are extremely pleased with the final result and we hope you will be also.

Dirtyferrari is whiteferrari with Dirt Nap dry-hopping! That means this beer gets the freshest Citra available to us in the whirlpool, and the freshest Galaxy, Nelson, Citra, and Mosaic in the dry-hop addition!

IPA brewed with the freshest Citra and Galaxy in the whirlpool and a blend of our freshest Galaxy, Citra, Nelson, and Mosaic in the dry-hop. Think whitemiata mashed up with Cat Nap.

IPA brewed with Citra, Strata, Galaxy, and Citra Incognito. Exceptionally soft and full flavored vibes of creamsicle and concentrated tropical hops.

Double dry-hopped Triple IPA w/ loads of flaked barley & raw wheat. Features Galaxy, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado & Vic Secret hops. Notes of pineapple, watermelon, & a hint of cherry.

IPA brewed with Grapefruit.

8.5% DIPA with an incredibly unique hop blend. Hopped equally/excessively with some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops Nelson and Enigma, as well as some rad American varietals that we have been digging lately, Lemondrop and Mosaic. Bright lemon peel, fresh grapefruit flesh, musty white wine, subtly dank, and V soft. One of our favorite new DIPA's we've released in a while.

Brewed w/ oats, & rice conditioned on Lychee. A collaboration w/ Manchester, England based Cloudwater Brewing.

Foreign Love is an IPA with Kohatu, Galaxy, Motueka, and Vic Secret.

Frozen Frozen Ocean Ocean is the double dry-hopped version of our 100% Lupulin Powder DIPA Frozen Ocean. Clocking in at 8%, FFOO is hopped with an irresponsible amount of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe Lupulin Powder.

Robust Chocolate Milk Stout. Named after one of the creatures that eats Oompa Loompas. This robust milk stout will be full bodied, creamy, milk chocolate, and not overly sweet. Expect variants(Coffee? Cookies?), including an imperial version that may or may not be barrel aged.

Double dry-hopped of their 0 IBU Double IPA. Hopped w/ Mosaic & Citra!

ImdonewithU is the next installment in our 0 IBU series. This time we bumped it up to an 11% Triple IPA version. 0 IBUs and hopped 50/50 with Citra and Mosaic like IdontwanttoBU and IdonteverwanttoBU.

0 IBU IPA w/Citra and Mosaic. We try to refrain from using the excessively used terminology "juice/juicy" for our IPAs, but this is seriously just straight up hop juice. We love this one and we hope you do too.

IPA singularly hopped with Mosaic. Bursting with notes of fruit loops, stone fruit skin, with a pleasant grapefruit finish.

Mexican lager

TDH West Coast-inspired IPA hopped with Citra, Centennial and Simcoe. Clean, crispy and relatively dry with flavors orange fruit cups and Juicy Juice.

Lord Lord Shredder Shredder is double blood orange, double dry-hopped Master Shredder. We actually used 3 times the amount of blood orange purée than regular Lord Shredder(over 10lbs per BBL), but decided we would save the space on our menu board instead of naming it Lord Lord Lord.

Triple dry-hopped version of the Master Shredder, featuring Mosaic hops.

DIPA brewed with raw wheat, malted wheat, oats, + piles of fresh Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Vic Secret. We threw some Citra and Simcoe LP in there for that extra boost of hop saturation without the bitterness.

The double fruited version of our apricot Gose Never Backdown. Clocking in at 5.1%, Never Never Backdown Backdown is conditioned on over two tons(literally) of apricot purée. Insanley bright, fuzzy apricots in your nose and mouth hole that keeps going and going.

redbugatti is the Triple version of our Galaxy/Mosaic DIPA redferrari. Clocking in at 11%, like whitebugatti, this one is incredibly soft, elegant, expressive, and dangerously drinkable. If you were digging redferrari, you will love this one!

Belgian Table Beer that was naturally cooled overnight in our rooftop koelschip then fermented and aged in red wine barrels with Brettanomyces for 13 months. Sessionable with delicate notes of oaky Chardonnay, berry, and pineapple. Bottle conditioned for 19 months.

Session Chocolate Milk Stout. Snozzwanger is a creature that eats Oompa Loompas. This is the little brother to our soon to be released flagship offering Hornswoggler(7% Robust Chocolate Milk Stout). We will also be releasing Whangdoodle at some point for cans/draft/barrels. The imperial, big brother to both.

An American IPA with a bitter edge that will push your citrus tolerance to the brink and back; Elvis Juice is loaded with tart pithy grapefruit peel. This IPA has a caramel malt base, supporting a full frontal citrus overload - grapefruit peel piled on top of intense us aroma hops. Waves of crashing pine, orange and grapefruit round out this citrus infused IPA.

Double IPA brewed with @phantasm.nz and hopped with Citra, Enigma, and Nelson. A vinous intense hoppiness complimented by the Nelson and Enigma hops.

We Ded Mon is the natural progression in our Broz series. You start off with a nice little Broz Day Off(IPA), which leads into a Broz Night Out(DIPA), that ultimately reaches a point that We Ded Mon(TIPA). Clocking in at 11%, we hopped this triple IPA just like the rest of the series with 100% Citra hops.

Red IPA

whiteferrari is a beer that has been a long time in the making. We've been experimenting with different malt and hop combinations through other recipes, trying to find what we believe is the best of both worlds rolled into one DIPA. Clocking in at 8%, this luxuriously soft DIPA is hopped intensely with 50/50 Citra and Galaxy(and a ton of it!). We used the freshest crop available of each hop to give this DIPA the most expressive hop character possible.
