Belgian Singel – 4.7% ABV – 16 IBU

This Belgian-style Single ale is light, fruity, and slighty spicy. Cher Ami is brewed with pilsner malt, wheat, cane sugar, and trappist ale yeast. Keeping in mind the Norgrove family passion for pigeon racing (the national sport of Belgium), this ale is named in honor of Cher Ami, a heroic WWI messenger pigeon.
