The synthesis of American and English malts, aggressively hopped with Pacific Northwest hops, this beer represents our Brew Team's current thinking about the essence of IPA.

True to the Norgrove's Scottish Heritage, this Wee Heavy is brewed with Scottish malts and lightly hopped with East Kent Goldings. Aged in a new French Oak barrel for 30 days.

Big Bear is a big, black, stout you can really sink your teeth into. The bold, roasty, caramel malt flavor is balanced by Centennial and Cascade hops.

Black Racer™ is an aggressively hopped ale brewed to a style pioneered in the Pacific Northwest known as Cascadian IPA or Black IPA. Essentially an India Pale Ale with additional crystal malt and roasted malts for layered flavors with very little roast character relative to its dark color.

Released from Foeder Number Two in our spontaneous ale program, Tartare Rouge™ is a sour red ale fermented using only airborne wild yeast and bacteria native to Alexander Valley in Sonoma County.

Brewed to celebrate the spirit of the counterculture streetracer motorcyclists and the 15th year of innovative brewing at Bear Republic Brewing Co. Café Racer 15™ is a deep golden Double IPA with a rebellious blast of the resinous, grapefruity aroma of Citra hops and a dry malty finish.

Exceptional Bohemian malt character is tempered by noble hop bitterness and a very subtle hint of smoke from fine German Rauchmalt. This ruby red lager that will quicken your pulse, each sip propelling you faster down the autobahn of flavor.

This Belgian-style Single ale is light, fruity, and slighty spicy. Cher Ami is brewed with pilsner malt, wheat, cane sugar, and trappist ale yeast. Keeping in mind the Norgrove family passion for pigeon racing (the national sport of Belgium), this ale is named in honor of Cher Ami, a heroic WWI messenger pigeon.

This English Estate October Ale is brewed with 10% raw wheat and 10% split peas. Fermented with our house Scottish ale yeast and barrel aged for 100 days in 1st beer use French Oak barrels.

This copper colored American IPA took a wild left turn when we fermented it with our favorite Trappist ale yeast. Charged with hops and followed closely by clove and pepper Belgian yeast character.

Crafted in the Pacific Northwest style, this American-style Crystal Wheat is immensely drinkable and perfect to quench your thirst. Creamy and malty with a mild hop bitterness.

A custom blend of the beers of Bear Republic, Cuvee de Bubba is allowed to undergo a secondary fermentation in oak barrels using only the wild microflora and fauna native to the Alexander Valley in Sonoma County. The Cuvee has a bouquet of stone fruits and a boasts a complex flavor profile of malt backed by a hint of tobacco and finishes with cherry pie sourness.

Das Koma™ is a high gravity, heavily hopped Imperial American Wheat Beer; a wheat beer brewed in the spirit of a double IPA. Heavily hopped with immense amounts of experimental varieties of German hops.

In the late 1800s, American brewing pioneers made a Pilsner to be proud of. It was brewed with 100 percent barley malt and hopped with noble hop varieties for a rich, smooth, and crisp taste. This is our version.

Red Rocket taken to the limit and pushed on through the other side, this Imperial Red Ale boasts caramel and roasty malt character and distinct hop flavor and aroma.

El Oso, Spanish for ?The Bear,? is an amber-colored brew crafted in the tradition of the famously crisp and thirst quenching Mexican lagers. The well balanced beer is crisp with just a suggestion of caramel.

A copper-colored IPA crafted in the English style using Maris Otter Pale Malt, East Kent Golding hops, and our house Scottish yeast. This well balanced ale is malty and hoppy with a soft and fruity yeast character.

This Belgian-style Tripel is a collaborative brew between the brewers at Bear Republic Brewing Co. and local homebrewer Sean O'Connor. Pleasantly malty with spicy and fruity yeast character.

Inspired by our Brewmaster's passion for road racing, Grand-Am™ is an American pale ale worthy of the Bear Republic. This assertively hoppy, sessionable ale is balanced with a distinctive malty backbone.

A high gravity IPA brewed with 18% rye malt. Hop Rod Rye has a floral hop aroma and subtle caramel notes with a slightly earthy and spicy rye character.

This traditional Oktoberfest beer is brewed to be enjoyed throughout the fall. Big malty biscuit flavors are balanced by an alcohol warmth and a dry finish. Crisp hop bitterness and noble hop aroma round out this seasonal lager. Prost!

Lucha Libre Lager™ is a rough and tumble Mexican-style amber lager, brewed with Bear Republic's house lager yeast, premium malts, and a punch of noble hops.

This extreme Double Imperial IPA is brewed with American Cascades and English First Gold hops for a deliciously unique hop profile. Bitter, malty, with a definite alcohol note, this beer is one of our most assertive and extreme.

Maibock is Bear Republic's take on the German lager brewed to commemorate the coming of spring. Traditionally a hoppy, high-gravity lager, our version is bigger and hoppier using traditional European malts and special German hops.

This style-defying brew blends West Coast hop sensibilities with Belgian malt and yeast character. Black with a ruby core, this ale is hoppy, spicy, and slightly roasty with a dry malt finish.

Roggenbier is German for ?Rye Beer.? Very similar to a Hefeweizen, but brewed with rye instead of wheat. This unfiltered ale melds the earthy rye character with subtle banana and clove notes from the Bavarian ale yeast.

XP is short for Exception Pale Ale. This light golden pale ale balances the malt and hops for a smooth, drinkable beer that compliments any meal.
