Saison – 5% ABV

Besides the Pilsen malt and hops giving two very pleasant bitterness, the season is adorned with flowers of elderberry ( Sambucus nigra L.) which bring a very refreshing character. The elder does that during flowering three weeks between mid-May and mid-June, the production of our season is very limited in time.
