A completely unique experiment in brewing, Rousing Root is a crisp, medium-bodied lager that digs down deep and offers a refined maltiness with hints of sweet potatoes, sourced from Burnt Rock Farm in Huntington, Vermont. Hallertaur and Northern Brewer hops round out the brew, giving it a pleasant floral and spicy finish.
