Oatmeal Stout – 5.5% ABV – 34 IBU

"Midnight Granite" is a collaboration brew between owner Trae Cairns and volunteer brewer Becky Rudolf. Becky, a Granite State (NH) native, developed the recipe and the two brewed this rich, oatmeal stout as a great accompaniment to a roaring fire on a cold winter evening. Subtle chocolate notes, and the smooth flavor of 10 year old bourbon blend perfectly to create this seasonal offering.
