Moinette brown is a high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1986, this beer is today a success increasingly large. Its unusual color, slightly dark brown tending towards brown or even red fire is the result of mixing a mixture of 4 specialty malts. At the tasting, it is mostly the flavors of specialty malts and hops dominate purposes. The brown Moinette is bitter and soft at the same time, with a light fruitiness. The true fermentation in the bottle which may extend for many months in your cellar beer astonishing results.
