Biolégère is an organic beer of high fermentation, re-fermented in the bottle. This beer was created in 1992 to meet the demand of customers acquired "organic", anxious to consume a beer of character but slightly alcoholic. Production is controlled by Certisys ® and the beer is Biogarantie ® label. Light and refreshing, this beer has aromas and flavors of malt and citrus. Fermentation in the bottle and hopping are adapted perfectly balanced and a beer relatively complex for as low alcohol content.
