Good Wishes is a beer of high fermentation, re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970, this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery (hence its name " With best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). Success of this beer has earned him become a commercial beer, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities as amateurs reserved many months in advance. Bière a coppery blond, with aromas of hops for the Good Wishes is a beer tasting combining soft bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it aroma and taste typical and complex. In the real fermentation in the bottle, which can extend very long time in your cellar, result is a balanced beer smooth, complex flavors and surprising.
