Cervesia is a beer of high fermentation, re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1983 at the initiative of the Archeosite Aubechies close, this beer is brewed exclusively for this site to growing fame. unusual Its composition is the result of research conducted by André Allard, at the time Senior Research FNRS floral and spicy aromas, taste fresh and spicy and its hazy appearance are the result of mixing of a blend of barley malt and wheat malt, hops and many herbs and spices added at different stages of production. Cervesia is very cool and refreshing with this combination of malted barley and wheat. The true fermentation in the bottle, which can extend for many months in your basement, resulting in a beer out of the ordinary.
