Moinette biologiqu e is a beer of high fermentation, re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1990, it was with the bio Season one of our first two organic beers. Production is controlled by Certisys ® and the beer is Biogarantie ® label. Bio Moinette a malty aroma and fruity hops purposes. It is very refreshing, thanks to the balance between sweet, fruity and bitter. A long fermentation bottled beer is complex.
