Saison – 5.5% ABV

Organic Saison Dupont is a top fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1990, it was with the bio Moinette one of our first two organic beers. Its production is controlled by Certisys ® and the beer is Biogarantie ® label. Season organic beer is very refreshing, especially dry and bitter. The notes of citrus (mainly grapefruit) that there are further reinforce this aspect refreshing. Long fermentation in the bottle actually a very complex beer but very light.
