Blue and Grey

IPA – 8.5% ABV

Franklin’s Crossing India Pale Ale is brewed for the hop head. We use a generous amount of malted barley to support an abundant amount of hops. After fermentation we dry hop every batch. We put 10-lbs of whole leaf Cascade hops in the fermenter and soak the hops for two weeks. The result is a beer that finishes neat and clean.
