On tasting Holiday Helper Ale, the chocolate and caramel malts stand up to the piney taste of the Southern Cross hops to make this beer dangerously clean and smooth. It finishes assertively and the high IBU’s become apparent. We like it better as it warms and think you should enjoy this burnt garnet colored ale on a cold day with friends and family.
