Hefeweizen – 5.6% ABV

Sic Semper Fermentue Terribilis means Death to Bad Beer Always. We make our summer seasonal with 100% German Wienstephan yeast. Like the early German immigrants to central Virginia (Germana), we use American wheat to produce an authentic unfiltered Hefeweizen beer. Enjoy banana ester production, phenols, and clove-like characteristics. This is the best hefe you’ve ever tried.
