Belgian Strong – 8.5% ABV – 27 IBU
The proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain employed generates aromas of peach, pear and apple, all underscored by hints of banana and spice. Belgian Devil is dangerously drinkable to boot, with a light, subtly sweet malt backbone coupled with a gentle, balancing bitterness.
