Black Ale – 7% ABV

Imperator (March 2014): This is a robust black IPA. It is an ale that is brewed with a combination of pale, caramel, chocolate, and black malts. This gives the beer a very dark color and a strong roasted malt flavor. It is then liberally hopped with Apollo, Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo hops. This gives the beer and intense hop flavor and aroma. 7-7.5% ABV.
