Porter – 6% ABV – 30 IBU

*December Release* 9 pounds of cinnamon were added to the brewkettle to add just the right amount of spice to this dry porter. It pairs perfectly with heavy proteins and holiday desserts made with molasses, ginger and (of course) cinnamon.Specialty malts; Marris Otter, Chocolate, Munich, Black, Carapils. HOps: Northern Brewer. A few miles west of our brewery is a mountain range that is the birthplace of our Brewhouse Rarities. Disconnected from the world below, the entire brewery congregates atop a historic overlook each year to develop beers that shatter the confines of traditional styles.
