Cider – 6% ABV

Cider made from mixed varieties of cider apples: bitter, tart, sweet, bittersweet etc, according to traditional methods. Fermented in temperature-controlled wooden casks till January and February when it is repeatedly decanted between casks. Colour: clear, transparent, bright yellow. A complex bouquet with hints of ripened apple; good presence in the glass. Fizzy and bubbly
