Experimental gose/witbier hybrid. Light, sour, salt. Hazy pale yellow. Floor-malted Pils malt, wheat and carahell malts, flaked oats. Coriander, Himalayan salt, dried orange peel, local honey-soaked candied oranges. Lactobacillus and witbier ale yeast.
