Natty Greene's

English IPA – 6.4% ABV – 55 IBU

This American cousin of the classic English IPA is well-rounded and refined. Traditional English IPAs have a strong maltiness, accented by an an earthy, herbal hop note. We preserve that malt-forward character, and even highlight it a bit by using a London-style yeast. Then, to give the brew an our-side-of-the-pond spin, we dry hop with three Oregon varieties. Unlike the herbal-note hops used by the Brits, Oregon hops have a fruitier flavor, a peach-like tone. So, in the final balance, we get that sturdy English maltiness with a nice, round hoppiness that creates a softly refined edge.
