Saison – 7.2% ABV

GABF 2015 Gold Medal Winner - Hop forward Saison - Hazy, straw-colored farmhouse ale. Brewed with Pale and Vienna malts with a touch of wheat. Calypso and Citra hops additions in the boil enhance the fruitiness provided by the French farmhouse yeast. Lightly dry-hopped with Citra and German Blanc hops to enhance the tart, dry finish.
