Sour Ale – 3.8% ABV – 11 IBU

Contains Gluten Unboiled and unhopped wort is transformed into this complex sour ale through the use of our in house Kombucha culture. Half barrel aged, half in steel, and just a touch of fresh Burn Down Brown blend together to bring you this one of a kind beverage. Ingredients: Brown Ale wort, in-house wild yeast culture, aged for 3-5 months.
