Farmhouse – 6.4% ABV – 16 IBU

A Carolina Farmhouse ale, brewed to celebrate and give thanks for the goodness that grows all around us. Grateful is a flavorful and dry saison making it a great fit for the cooler weather. Barrel-aging takes things a step further and is a partnered effort with Charlotte’s first cidery, Red Clay Ciderworks! They shared their new bourbon barrels that had just finished aging their strong cider; we then let Grateful rest in these beautifully aromatic barrels.
