The latest in our series of art inspired pale ales and it’s as easy-going as hoppy beers will get ‘round here. Art Deco is elegant in style of zymurgy and the brewing arts, finding it’s roots as a modernist reaction against Art Nouveau.

This new version of ART has been re-invented to drink supah-smooth while shining the spotlight on it’s fresh hoppy-juicy-aromatics. Dry-hopped with jade and nelson sauvin.

Pale Ale - American

A Carolina Farmhouse ale, brewed to celebrate and give thanks for the goodness that grows all around us. Grateful is a flavorful and dry saison making it a great fit for the cooler weather. Barrel-aging takes things a step further and is a partnered effort with Charlotte’s first cidery, Red Clay Ciderworks! They shared their new bourbon barrels that had just finished aging their strong cider; we then let Grateful rest in these beautifully aromatic barrels.

IPA - American

Now why would you think such a thing, we’re talking hops here! We’re a small brewery that likes hops, we like em’ a lot and sometimes it can be quite a challenge to get our hands on “the good stuff!” Well, we finally found some Simcoe® and it was a no-brainer to brew with it, and use it over and over and over again. Cheers!

Oatmeal stout w/ Pure Intentions Coffee.

Inspired by the simplified malt complexity of a common ale and the smooth easy drinking of an english mild, this easy drinking beer is full of North Carolina goodness...from the ground up! Brewed with a whole bunch of tasty North Carolina malt from the fine folks at RIVERBEND MALTHOUSE.

This Carolina autumnal saison is brewed to celebrate and give thanks. Goodness grows all around us and we think this flavorful but dry saison is a great fit for the cooler weather.

Carolina Farmhouse fermented with a whole bunch of freshly harvested scuppernong grapes, allowing a wild contribution of flora to the fermentation.

Honey bees are some hard-working ‘lil creatures and thru their buzzing, pollinating and honey-making...they play a big part in keeping our world going ‘round. This Carolina strong farmhouse ale, fermented with glorious heaps of honey from Honeysuckle Hill Bee Farm (creating a harmonious blend of mead and beer, known as a braggot) is our celebration of the carolina honey bee.

The second edition to our "Love and Devotion" series is a west coast style IPA. HOP TO MY HEART MY DARLING is generously hopped with a rotating selection of hops. This batch hosts copious amounts of Hopsteiner's Experimental Hop 07270, supported by Citra and Azacca.

Carolina Farmhouse with cucumbers

Foraged gruit made with wild blackberries & raspberries, spruce tips, juniper berries, and lavender.

Brettanomyces fermented IPA, heavily dry hopped with Azacca.

Carolina Grisette. Small in stature giant in heart, Grandma Susie is a force to be reckoned with. Her love is unconditional and the perfect namesake for our first grisette; a light refreshing ale, lightly hopped with Jarrylo and brewed with generous amount of spelt (an ancient varietal of wheat). We hope this lil’ beer treats ya right and and reminds us of good times had and ones to come.

A full-bodied amber IPA with a toasted-malty backbone, balanced out with a truck-load of Nelson Sauvin hops to add a white wine fruit-forward nose.

The 2012 edition of our season farmhouse series. Secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces and aged on local peaches.

Light and easy, a dark beer that's crisp and refreshing.

This funky beer is full of surprises. We partnered with Pure Intentions Coffee by way of their newest Columbian Tolima Planadas beans, using them 3 different ways at 3 pounds per barrel! A 100% Brett fermentation funks things up and pops the coffee nose back atcha’.

Foraged Carolina Gruit, brewed with juniper, juniper berries and roselle hibiscus flowers. A gruit to celebrate the fineness of our friend and conspirator, The Chef's Farmer.

Saison / Farmhouse Ale

Brewed in collaborative partnership between Fullsteam Brewery and Free Range Brewing. This foraged great was brewed to celebrate our friendly farmers and foragers. Winter Rambler is brewed using juniper (foraged by the Chef's Farmer), fir tips (Smith Family Farms) and chokeberries (farmed by Indian Grove Farms). Winter Rambler smells of winter and snow covered fir trees with a touch of chokeberry lingering. It is easy drinking with a wine-like dryness, complimented by hints of berries and evergreen.
