Honey bees are some hard-working ‘lil creatures and thru their buzzing, pollinating and honey-making...they play a big part in keeping our world going ‘round. This Carolina strong farmhouse ale, fermented with glorious heaps of honey from Honeysuckle Hill Bee Farm (creating a harmonious blend of mead and beer, known as a braggot) is our celebration of the carolina honey bee.
