Barrel Aged Ground Control	Ninkasi Eugene, OR	Imperial Stout 10% ABV	Special Release Series. Seven years after we started brewing in Oregon, we decided the sky was not the limit. One year, two rockets and countless lab hours later, we successfully launched a payload of brewer’s yeast into outer space with the help of rocket scientists. After a much awaited return to Earth, the mission of creating space beer is now complete. Ground Control boldly combines local and out-of-this-world ingredients. This rich, complex Imperial Stout is brewed with Oregon hazelnuts, star anise and cocoa nibs, and fermented with an Ale yeast that survived a trip to space and back. Mankind will enjoy the sweet finesse of this beer that only fares better with time.

Marking the return of the World’s Fair after World War II, Expo 58 in Brussels brought inspiration, innovation and pleasure to the people of Belgium. With all the flavor, finesse, smoothness, and subtle clove esters of Belgian-style ales, this beer is our way of emerging from winter’s cold occupation.

This beer blazed the trail for a new era of IPAs—aggressive hop and malt flavors in harmonious effect. Hazy Domination is a homage to our roots. Purposefully hazy, this Limited Edition beer marks a new generation of IPAs. Full of citrus and tropical hop notes, loaded with Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra hops it’s a modern version of a Northwest classic!

Total Domination IPA has a citrusy, floral hop aroma, and big hop flavor balanced with a richness imparted by Carahell and Munich malts. This beer is a big flavorful Northwest IPA that maintains its drinkability, and as such, has garnered great admiration from the novice craft drinker and the seasoned hop-head alike.
