Hov the significiant amount of ‘Ashtray Heart’ found its way to the brisk bourbon barrels is to this day still an unsolved mystery. Nevertheless lets not twist our minds with bizarre details when this beer is ridiculously choice and overwhelmingly corpulent.

Imperial Stout with Blueberries Added Amager is an island south of picturesque Copenhagen, mostly notable as the home of the airport, the place you go to get high and the common colloquial name for Amager is Lorteøen (Shit Island). This stout looks and smells like an alias. If you want to find out what this beer really feel and tastes like, then you need to go to DK and drink it there. But if you like a thick, creamy and utterly delicious stout with big notes of dark roast and vanilla, you’ll like this one. If you don’t, get something else instead.

I break into the brewery at midnight. Do I go to the cooler? No. I go for the cellar: it’s priceless. As I’m taking the most precious black smoked saison, a man catches me. He tells me to stop. He’s the head brewer. I say no. We share ideas for new recipes all night. In the morning the cops come and I escape in one of their uniforms. I tell him to meet me in San Diego but I go to Copenhagen. I don’t trust him. Besides, I love the cold. Five years later I get a postcard. He brewed our beer, and the world is going crazy for it. He needs me to come up with new brilliant recipes. This is where the story gets interesting: I tell him to meet me in Bruxelles by the Manneken Pis. He’s been waiting for me all these years. He’s never brewed another beer. I don’t care. I don’t show up. I go to Brooklyn where I stashed the precious black smoked saison.

Somewhere between sense and sensibility this Wit was made with wonderful wit of wisdom and wag. Fresh as a daisy, bitter to the end and twisted with kiwi hops & American reason.
