Steg Amber, a classic American amber lager, has a soft, elegant malt complexity with a firm hop bitterness to provide a balanced finish. It is very smooth! We use the finest American two-row malts as well as German Munich malts. We also use a blend of U.S. and German hops.

Steg Gold, a classic American lager, is very crisp and clean and easy to drink. We use the finest American two-row and six-row barley and a blend of the finest American hops.

Stegmaier IPA is an American India Pale Ale with an Attitude! Brewed with American malts and aggressively hopped with three varieties of American hops, Centennial, Cascade, and Nugget. Stegmaier IPA has an assertive hop presence and a strong malt backbone to support the quarter ton of hops used in the brew. Stegmaier IPA is a hop lover’s delight!

In recognition of our German heritage, we proudly present you with our Stegmaier Oktoberfest Beer. Traditionally known as Marzen, it boasts a brilliant reddish-brown color and full-body for the true beer drinker. In Using a blend of Munich, Vienna, and Aromatic malts, Stegmaier Oktoberfest possesses a light-toasted character with a touch of sweetness. The addition of German hops adds a perfect balance of flavor, which is sure to be enjoyed by the most sophisticated palate. We hope you enjoy. Prost!

Stegmaier Pale Ale is an American Pale Ale brewed with American grown tow-row and specialty malts, plus a subtle touch of of imported Belgian malt. Steg Pale Ale is perfectly hopped with a blend of Centennial Amarillo, and Athanum hops. Our Pale Ale has a crisp, refreshing hop flavor and aroma with a perfect balance of malt to create a true “Session” American Pale Ale.

Steg Porter, a robust porter brewed with ale yeast, has a strong malt flavor with some burnt, chocolate and coffee notes and a pleasing roasty finish. Steg Porter is brewed with a blend of two-row and six-row malt, black malt, chocolate malt and caramel malt. We also use domestic hops.

Stegmaier Summer Stock German-Style Pils is brewed with 100% German Pils malt and imported German Noble hops. Brewed in our century old brew house utilizing our state of the art brewing system, this traditional German-Style pilsner has a clear, light gold appearance with a creamy, white long-lasting head. This brew has a moderately low malt character with a crisp and bitter finish and wonderful Noble hop character. Stegmaier Summer Stock German-Style Pils is a perfect choice for all beer lovers.

Traditionally known as Witbier, this Belgian-Style Wheat Ale boasts a dense pale straw color with a velvety white head. In blending the finest two-row pale and white wheat malt, our brewers were able to capture sweetness with an orange-citrus flavor by introducing unique spices and hops to the brew. Crisp and refreshing, it’s the ideal beer to share and enjoy with friends and neighbors.

Traditionally known as Old World Ale, it boasts a brilliant reddish orange color and a full chewy body. Our Winter Warmer presents a robust malty, sweet and fruity aroma that tempts the senses. In using a blend of well-modified pale malts along with judicious amounts of caramel and specialty character malts, Stegmaier Winter Warmer Olde World Ale possesses a high malt character with luscious complexity and alcohol warmth, balanced with the traditional hop bitterness.
